On Brian Kendrick’s WWE Release

The following was recently posted on the WWE’s website.

“World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of Raw Superstar Brian Kendrick as of today, July 30, 2009. WWE wishes Brian the best in all future endeavors.”

My oh my what a real shame this is. It’s one thing release a guy that never got over - but to fire him after a few minor pushes from jobber to the top of the undercard is the wrong move. They did very little with him. Maybe they did JUST a bit more air time than the original ” MVP”, Abe “Knuckleball” Schwartz.
